Client Details


My client, a growing technology company providing an online payment service are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to come on board and join their Finance team based in Redhill.


Description

Key Responsibilities are:


  • Reconciling payments on Sage / Xero accounting platforms
  • Credit control
  • Collecting accounts information from customers and entry onto CMS
  • Managing customer accounting info on Stripe and other internal apps
  • Making large volume transactions each month
  • VAT submissions
  • Invoicing on Sage and Xero
  • Paying suppliers
  • Managing payees with online banking
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Handling incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries related to accounts
  • Taking on a wide variety of related admin crucial to day to day running of the business.
  • Liaising with clients to answer queries related to revenue collection and seeking account details from clients as part of onboarding process

Profile

  • Sage 50 or Xero experience
  • IT skills essential (Excel, Outlook and handling multiple browser tabs)
  • Accounts Assistant 1 years experience
  • Credit Control experience
  • Bookkeeping
