An exciting opportunity has come up here at Excel Housing Solutions as continue to expand our services.


We are looking for a full-time Accommodation-based Mental Health Support Worker to join our team and we are looking for motivated and dynamic forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos.


The successful applicant will work in partnership and alongside NHS Mersey Care and relevant statutory agencies whose aim will be to support patients who have suffered from a mental health crisis.

As the patients continues with their recovery journey, Excel Housing Solutions will offer a step-down service once they have left a medical facility and will work closely with the client to support their safety, focus on prevention actions and co-ordinate better care, all of which will be based on a person-centered approach.


An integral part of this role will also include working closely with the Rapid Rehousing Pathway team to move the client on to independent living.

Knowledge in social housing is not a necessity, however it is desirable.
