Description
We are looking for eight Call Centre Assistants to join the UPP accommodation team, based at the Reading University campus, to help during the busy clearing period in August and September.
There will be two days of paid training on our accommodation management system, on customer service skills, and process tracking to ensure that you are confident and competent in the role.
We are ideally looking you to be:
- An outgoing and effective communicator
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience
- Excellent via telephone communication and good writing skills
- Organised, accurate, and detail oriented
- Able to contribute to a fast paced team
- Computer literate
- Knowledgeable of University Halls of Residence, so an ideal role if you have lived in University of Reading accommodation
In return, we are offering £12.00 per hour and a great team to work in.
Our service hours will be between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday from the 15th August, with training commencing on the 12th and 13th August.
The team will be in place up for a minimum of four weeks, with the potential for extending this to up to 6-8 weeks.
There will also be an opportunity for some weekend work. As this is a not a customer facing role, we have a casual dress code.to discuss the opportunity.
