We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team.

As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and stamina.

This work will be assisting a cladding team installing rainscreen cladding. Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card. An IPAF licence would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
Dig trenches and excavate areas as needed
Mix and pour concrete
Assist with the installation of pipes, wires, and other utilities
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
