We're looking for a Tech Strategy PA & Coordinator to join us in London (Hammersmith)
Reporting into VP Advanced Analytics you will provide a consistent level of high quality support to the Technology Strategy VPs, and will contribute to both long-term projects and day-to-day activities supporting the smooth running of their respective teams.
- Managing calendars, arranging meetings, appointments and telephone conference calls
- Travel arrangements
- Dealing with telephone calls, and as appropriate provide telephone screening
- General Assistant/Coordinator and administrative duties, e.g. filing, expense processing, etc.
- Processing expenses, monitoring invoice payments and supporting Finance/Purchase Order processes
- Team contact person for IT, HR and Facilities (e.g. floor plans, team org. charts, CRF's/PRF's IT equipment requests, etc.)
- To act as the contact person in dealing with clients, employees and external customers on a global level.
- Help co-ordinate department as well as organise team activities, conferences, meetings, etc.
- Provide cover (e.g. holiday/sickness) for the other Assistants as required (e.g. EA to Technology Strategy MD)
We tend to look for people with:
Essential- Relevant working experience as a Team Coordinator/PA in an international environment.- Previous PA/Team Coordinator experience at Senior Executive level.- Experience in supporting senior executives in an international environment.- Excellent English language skills.
Any other European languages would be advantageous- Good MS computing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Ability to deal professionally with confidential informationSkills & Abilities:
