Accountancy Officer - Treasury and Technical Accounting - Ref: RT15623

Salary:
G7 - £31,364 to £35,745 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to appoint an Accountancy Officer within the Technical Accounting team.

This post will support the Senior Technical Accounting Manager and Finance Business Partner within the Technical Accounting team.

This post will provide the successful applicant a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to various aspects of accounting including financial reporting, leasing, VAT and charities accounting.

Please ensure the necessary qualifications have been obtained before applying.


This post is covered by the Government's Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers.

The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.

Job Description and Employee Specification**
Interviews will be conducted in person at the Civic Centre in Walsall and will consist of a test followed by an interview.

It is likely the interviews will be held week commencing 4th March 2024.
