Retail Assistant Grafham Water (Fishing lodge)

Permanent

Annualised hours 1200 a year (approx 100 hours a month)

Do you have a keen interest and knowledge in fly fishing? Why not consider joining the Grafham Water Team as a Park Assistant.

Based at Grafham fishing lodge, you'll support our customers and serve anglers and park visitors.


The role requires till operation and use of a web-based booking system, as well as, telephone operation, cash handling, some basic admin as well as some day-to-day stock management and of course excellent customer service skills.

What does it take to be a Retail Assistant?

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and social skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn
Availability to work weekends and shifts
Knowledge or experience of fly fishing would be beneficial
Show enthusiasm about our parks and ability to share enthusiasm with customers
Role will require both working alone or as part of a team.
