We are working with a well-established Surveying practice who are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team.

Our clients are a private practice with a strong brand and excellent reputation and are seeking Consultancy Surveyors to ideally work 2-3 days a week in Greater Manchester and Cheshire areas, on a highly attractive 70/30 split.

Work from home

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

70/30 Commission split

- £35,000 - £70,000 OTE dependent on work carried out

Requirements for the Residential Surveyor role:

Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys
AssocRICS qualification
VRS preferred
