We will require you to:


  • Lead the development and implement the organisation's diversity and inclusion plan including progress reports, risk management and associated reports to Board
  • Provide expert Human Rights, Equality and Diversity advise ensuring that equality and diversity support the delivery of both statutory regulations and promote equality and inclusion in all that we do.
  • Lead the agenda to overcome barriers to accessing healthcare services in the communities with the worst health outcomes in relation to healthy life expectancy, which includes those with high underrepresented communities.
