Seeking- Business Analyst
Hybrid

Key skills and experience
- A good understanding of energy trading and deal lifecycle for Power contracts and all Power asset types within both the UK and Europe.
- Proven track record in successfully designing processes and facilitating process design workshops within the European Power asset and supply area
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate business change, ideally within the Power Operations area
- Ability to build best in class business solutions (based on a variety of SME input) and align these back with the business
- Ideally experienced in standard process modelling notations like BPMN 2.0
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Improvement mindset essential, with proven track record in project delivery
- Experience in deploying new technologies is preferred (i.e. ETRM systems)
- Stakeholder analysis

Dimensions
- SE-EA is a rapidly growing and fastpaced environment so the role holder will need to adapt to new and emerging change needs, including a strong commercial pipeline of new deals and customers, acquisitions and assetbacked Power Purchase Agreements.
- The primary focus will be on the definition and delivery of the strategic processes and platform required to manage a portfolio of physical power assets, PPAs and complex supply contracts, providing solutions that directly improve the value that commercialteams can deliver.
