Would you like to join our Accounts team based at Hemswell, nr Gainsborough as an Accounts Assistant.
Your Responsibilities & Role Purpose

  • To check and process invoices received from merchants.
  • Data entry.
  • To chase for merchant weights.
  • Scanning of invoices.
  • Checking and reconciling merchant statements.
  • To deal with customer queries effectively.
  • Assist with general office duties.
  • Any other reasonable duties in line with job title
Your Profile

  • Excellent communication skills being able to interact and build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft IT software
  • Outlook, Word, Excel utilising skills into using bespoke systems.
  • Previous accounts experence preferred, although not essential.
  • Ability to engage positively with others, being a strong team player.
  • Good timekeeping skills with a can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
