Trainee Estate Agent - Finsbury Park N4

Essential - Full UK Driving Licence & own car

OTE up to £40k+ - Basic salary up to £22K+ dependent on experience

Hours of work - 5 day working week

  • Monday to Friday 9am
  • 6pm
  • Saturdays 10am 2pm
  • CLOSED Sundays
  • Additional day off during the week

Trainee Estate Agent duties

  • Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
  • Book in & conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers & agree sales
  • Carry out basic administration
  • Generate and book in valuations & mortgage appointments

Skills & experience

  • Sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
  • Work as part of a team
  • Positive, organised and reliable

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
