Gi Group are excited to be offering a parmanent full time role for an experienced Recruitment Officer to work in a very fast paced Internal Recruitment team as a Recruitment Officer.

You will be supported by a Recruitment Assistant reporting to you.

This roleis ideal for someone who is happy to multitask, take on different projects, work under pressure and can maintain calm and professional manner.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative:

Responsible for leading the HR Recruitment team alongside the RBP.
Responsible in delivering all aspects of recruitment and selection and workforce needs
Responsible for updating and maintaining recruitment tracker, ensuring accuracy of data and confidentiality
Responsible in providing data to RBP/Senior Management team for weekly/monthly reporting in relation to recruitment and onboarding
Overseeing the backend recruitment ensuring employment checks are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
Ensuring all relevant approvals in place prior to advertising new requirements
Advertising all vacancies on the appropriate platforms including internal & external in line with requirements
Supporting hiring managers with their recruitment needs, providing support and guidance in line with best practice and service demands
Liaising with Communications team to advertise/promote live requirements via social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn/Facebook
Attending Work fares
Many other recruitment needs
