You will work for an Essex based Estate Agents with offices in Ongar, Hornchurch and Loughton so you can live in any of these locations

Key requirements for this position are that you are very computer literate with a good telephone manner and you must have an interest in photography and marketing.

You will work Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm.

An independent Estate Agents are now looking for a fulltime Apprentice Property Photographer.
You will assist on the role of taking interior and exterior photography and videography of new properties coming on to the market for sale to include floor plans on properties coming on to the market and will in the main be based in their marketing department.
This role is offering variety, responsibility and use of your brain and as the business grows so will your salary so we are looking for someone with ambition.

Apprentice Property Photographer

Under the Government backed Apprenticeship scheme you will spend at least 20% of your normal working hours completing offthejob' training which is delivered by a training provider.
This can be flexible and doesn't have to mean 1 day out of the workplace every week. For example, training could take place online, at your place of work or at a college or university or with a training provider or it could be a combination of these options.
This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard so that you can achieve occupational competence. Onthejob training will be delivered by your employer.
Have a courteous and friendly manner.
Have excellent communication skills.
Possess outstanding organisational and time management ability.

Apprentice Property Photographer

Under the Government backed Apprenticeship scheme the starting salary is £10, £4.81 per hour) and expenses will be covered.
