We are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, an independent Letting Agency in the Norwich area.

Full training will be provided so previous experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management is not essential.

Working Days:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings. For every Saturday you work, you will receive an afternoon off in the week.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

A basic salary of £22,000
Up to £26,000 in team and personal commission
Ongoing training and support.

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have the following:

Professional and friendly telephone manner
Excellent customer service, administration & communication skills
Good computer skills
Full driving licence
Career minded approach
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Customer service background

As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

Dealing with general enquiries from landlords and tenants
Matching ideal tenants to each property
Use of our inhouse property management software
Compiling and checking inventories
Coordinating & conducting interim property inspections and endoftenancy inspections
Organising maintenance and repairs, obtaining quotes and issuing works orders
Conducting viewings.
Deposit negotiations
