Description
Developing and delivering the People Services function strategy

  • Team management
  • Work collaboratively to ensure resources are applied where needed most
  • Reviewing and evaluating Standard Operating Procedures and supporting guidance
  • Manage and escalate all risk issues
  • Data integrity management, ensuring standards meet legal and business requirements
  • Relationship management across HR teams
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved
  • Responsible for provision of pre and postemployment referencing
  • Ability to match all new hires to the 3rd party invoicing for screening
  • Manage the systems, processes and provision of advice and guidance
  • Resolve complex queries escalated by the business managers, HR and external agencies

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of leading teams in HR Shared Services or People Services.
  • Experience of working in an HR team with ideally recruitment, screening and onboarding experience.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Understand and demonstrate importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
  • Ability to demonstrate risk awareness and impacts of risk.
  • Computer literate with good experience of MS Office, Case Management and HR Systems.
  • Experience of managing and motivating customer facing teams.
  • Successful in implementing service & process improvements.
  • Senior stakeholder Management experience.
