Developing and delivering the People Services function strategy- Team management
- Work collaboratively to ensure resources are applied where needed most
- Reviewing and evaluating Standard Operating Procedures and supporting guidance
- Manage and escalate all risk issues
- Data integrity management, ensuring standards meet legal and business requirements
- Relationship management across HR teams
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved
- Responsible for provision of pre and postemployment referencing
- Ability to match all new hires to the 3rd party invoicing for screening
- Manage the systems, processes and provision of advice and guidance
- Resolve complex queries escalated by the business managers, HR and external agencies
Skills & Experience
- Experience of leading teams in HR Shared Services or People Services.
- Experience of working in an HR team with ideally recruitment, screening and onboarding experience.
- Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Understand and demonstrate importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
- Ability to demonstrate risk awareness and impacts of risk.
- Computer literate with good experience of MS Office, Case Management and HR Systems.
- Experience of managing and motivating customer facing teams.
- Successful in implementing service & process improvements.
- Senior stakeholder Management experience.
