Catalent are currently recruiting for an EHS/Compliance administration to join the Swindon site.

The Deviation and Compliance team are based within production and provide support to the operations team in all aspect of deviation and EHS / Quality compliance.


The Role:

  • EHS Management in operations
  • H&S Audit support and training
  • Embedding EHS compliance within the operation host monthly meetings with H&S reps / management
  • Supporting the closure of SOS / PSB.
  • Support on internal and external audits and follow up actions
  • To proactively identify opportunities for EHS improvements
  • To manage /coordinate the review of risk assessments and COSHH.
  • To ensure safe working practices are employed, monitored, and adhered to in line with the company Health and Safety policy.
  • Coaching and support the operations team Work with the operations team on ECFA coaching to identify root cause and appropriate preventative measures in terms of accident prevention.
  • To reduce the opportunity for accidents, addressing route cause / repeat SOS observations / supporting PSB's using ECFA / RCA and use of other problemsolving tools.
  • Administrate the EHS management system within operations, ensuring compliance is maintained throughout the system.
  • Support the ongoing safety training / inductions in collaboration with the training department.
  • Report writing.
  • Represent the Operations team at cross functional meeting and improvement projects.
  • Excellent written English (A level standard preferable) Ability to multitask and demonstrate diplomatic skills across the functions
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, management, suppliers and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business and customers Experience working within EHS in a coordinator or advisor role
  • Desirable: NEBOSH /COSH qualification
