Due to a fantastic 1 st year, Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join the busy Milton Keynes office.

This role will sit on our fast
are looking for someone energetic and innovative who wants to be part of something

A little bit about the job:
via telephone and Google meets etc, so you must be professional and have excellent
communication skills.
We are not necessary looking for recruitment experience (although this would be a benefit)
but being able to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise your work successfully is
a must. In summary, the role will be to develop and build relationships with local employers
and applicants in order to source and fill vacancies.

Other Attributes Required:

Able to work as part of a highly proactive team (solutions not problems ??)
Able to deliver sales results in a target driven sales environment
Can be creative in generating new business. (let's stand out from the crowd)
Able to deliver the highest level of customer support.
