Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address inquiries and provide information about products or services as required.


Assist with Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of events, including set-up, coordination of resources, and clean-up.


Cleaning and Maintenance:
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workspaces, common areas, and equipment.
Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.


Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to accomplish tasks and projects.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and customer service principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Availability:


  • Monday to Friday hours between 7:00am 4:00pm
