Pure are pleased to be working with a fantastic business based in Romford who have grown massively over the last 18 months due to a new acquisition, they are now looking for a Recruitment Officer to join them and support they journey of growth.

This rolewill require a presence in both their Romford and Southend office at least once every other week.


The Role:


  • Advertising all vacancies across the business, including high volume contact centre vacancies
  • Working on the companies' careers page to attract new talent
  • Preparing CVs to forward to hiring managers

Skills and Attributes Required:


  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Experience recruiting fast paced, high volume roles
  • Enthusiasm and a positive, problem solving approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
