Are you passionate about children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing?

Do you have the experience, skills and interest to work in schools developing prevention and early intervention support for children, young people and families?

What do you need?

  • Masters level qualification or equivalent experience and post graduate training in a relevant mental health, therapeutic and accredited area (e.g. Psychology).
  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Knowledge of evidenced informed child and adolescent mental health, and wider determinants of health and wellbeing.
  • Experience of working in an educational setting.

You need to be:

  • Flexible and open to innovative service delivery.
  • An advocate of community based approaches to emotional wellbeing.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in safeguarding and risk.
  • Organised and IT literate.
  • Able to support and advise others, taking the lead when appropriate.
  • Reflective, analytical and decisive.
  • A good listener, communicator and trainer.
  • Have specific skills, interests or expertise that you can offer to the role.
This role is a full time permanent contract.
