Morgan Hunt require an Electrical Project Manager for NHS based in South East London

Pay Rate:
£25ph to £30ph Ltd

Hours 37.5 8am to 4pm Mon to Fri


Location:
South East London

Duration: 3 months on going contract

Job Summary:


  • The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, monitoring and control of all aspects of the projects to which is appointed including ensuring the successful delivery of the projects on time and to the specified cost, quality standards and performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Management of one or more capital projects including refurbishments, redevelopments and new builds£5m in accordance with the Trust's project management processes and policies.

  • Responsible for management of the projects on a daytoday basis, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, statutory approvals, DH mandatory standards (HTMs and HBNs) and with Trust values, policies and
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the projects are managed on the basis of best practice, promoting sustainability and working towards enhancing patient care and
