Service Coordinator - Chessington, United Kingdom - SKILLFRAME
Description
Our client is looking for someone who can form part of their ever growing Service Team to coordinate the activities of field personnel to effectively cover for service, breakdowns and commissioning requirements.
You will work in a close-knit team in a friendly,hardworking, and professional environment.
You will be responsible for orgnanising servicing, breakdown, and commissioning requirements for end users and producing an ongoing diary for the utilisation of field personnel and subcontractors.
You will communicate with customers regarding timing of servicecover, and negotiation and re-arrangement of workloads, ensuring to meet client's needs for service and breakdown.
You will also liaise with service engineers, sub-contractors, and internal colleagues, including senior management.
You will have customer service experience, good communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with customers and the ability to manage high pressure and workload.
Good geographical knowledge is required and good IT skills are essential.
It would be an advantage if you have experience of CRM systems and diary management but training will be provided.
