Production Manager - Lincoln Lincat is one of the world's leading names in commercial catering equipment, with over 50 years' experience of delivering world class innovation and product quality to its extensive customer base. To enable us to continue building our impressive sales growthand factory expansion, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Production Manager to head up our machine shop operation.

Excellent knowledge of ERP systems.
Exceptional man management and team management skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, motivate and emotionally stimulate the team members.
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes would be advantageous but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proven track record for managing projects effectively, with established road maps and milestones.
Ability to collate and analyse efficiency data and provide meaningful corrective actions.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
Exceptional communication skills and able to establish and maintain credible working relationships internally and externally.
Ability to multi task and prioritise multiple projects, with excellent delegation skills.
