Priory Hospital Barnt Green is set in the beautiful surroundings of Lickey Hills to the south of Birmingham. The hospital provides services for both NHS and private patients for a wide range of mental health conditions.

The service comprises of 3 wards:

Clent Ward
10 bedded female Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit**
Jubilee Ward
13 bedded adult acute ward

- Beacon Ward - 10 bedded private acute ward

The service takes a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering personalised treatment programmes to our inpatients as well as offering a private outpatient therapy service.

Manage and be responsible for the operation of the hospitals support services team, estates and facilities

Directly line manage Housekeeping, Admin, Maintenance & Catering teams and be part of the hospitals Senior Management Team

Ensure high quality services are provided whilst remaining within the site budget

Work with the Hospital Director and Regional Finance Manager to identify budgetary needs
-
Lead on site improvements and projects
-
Carry out building checks to ensure quality and compliance
-
Leading, developing, recruiting and motivating team members
-
Communicate and implements Priory Policies
-
Form part of the on-call rota
-
Provide out of hours support for emergency situations with site attendance if neccesary
