Description

This position is responsible for the production of high-quality products in a timely manner, with strong attention to detail and high levels of awareness of health of safety.

The role is working on a production line, so you should be comfortable standing for long periods of time, have good manual dexterity and an eye for detail.

Key duties:

Operates the cavity closer machine following standard operating procedures.
Operates the pallet wrapping machines following standard operating procedures.
Responsible for packing on the injection moulding machines following standard operating procedures.
Flexible in carrying out other assigned duties, across multiple shifts including machine cover for breaks and absence or additional resources as and when required
Facilitates in the production of parts to different specifications and build requirements.
Assists the Cell Leader with basic preventative maintenance on known issues.
Complies with health and safety policies and procedures.
Complies with quality policies and procedures and ensures product is of high quality in an efficient and timely manner.
Adheres to work instructions and operator procedures.
Performs general housekeeping duties (6S)

Qualifications and experience:

Experience of working in a highvolume production environment
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to undertake repetitive tasks whilst maintaining focus
Work well within a team, be able to take initiative and be a highly responsible individual.
Excellent manual dexterity and eye for detail.
