Talent Sourcing Adviser (6-month FTC).

The Role

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in either an inhouse recruitment role or recruitment agency is desirable.
Ability to work under pressure to support the Recruitment Business Partner to deliver a 'best in class' recruitment service.
Experience of using a document management system or applicant tracking system is desirable.
Ability to manage own work load and prioritise tasks.
Ability to work in a high volume, fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Resilience with the confidence to deliver difficult messages.
An excellent team player.
