Multi-Level Law Firm
The Main Duties will include
Reporting, billing reports and ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules
Streamlining processes and systems to ensure best practice, efficiency and profitability.
Implementing changes on the case management system and then rolling out training to the wider part of the firm
Liaising with case management systems providers to improve efficiency.
Supplier management and contract negotiation, covering everything from stationery to accounting services
Building and facilities management, including property checks, insurance, security and health and safety compliance
Managing the liaison team and ensuring that all processes and policies are adhered to by all staff members.
Assisting with business development and marketing strategies across the firm
Assisting in Solicitor Consultants collaboration and ensuring compliance with the programme
Facilitating training for everyone in the firm
Office Manuals, processes, policies and procedures management and implementation
Attending management meetings and implementing tasks and targets to be achieved
