Express Recruitment are currently hiring on behalf of a reputable organisation for an experienced Property Surveyor, to support them on a temporary basis initially, with an exciting development project that will be happening in Nottinghamshire.

There will also be long term opportunities for those who make a real difference


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with local property reviews and valuations
  • Undertake required risk assessments on properties
  • Act as the first point of contact for local projects
  • Identify new opportunities and plan future developments
  • Prepare property reports and process legal documents

Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Member (MRICS) with post qualification experience preferred
  • Knowledge of legal practices relating to valuations and Health and Safety
  • Demonstratable experience of managing multiple property portfolios
  • Strong project management, planning and forecasting skills
  • Knowledge of procurement and estate management

c£21.50 per hour D.O.E
