Our client, a leading commercial vehicle dealership based in Croydon, Surrey, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join their Aftersales Department as a
Service Administrator.

Responsibilities

As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Service Manager and Service Advisors in providing exceptional service to customers.

Your responsibilities will include administering all preparation work required for vehicle arrivals, adhering to strict processes, supporting the service team with telephone enquiries, completing invoicing, examining paperwork to ensure quality standards are met, and carrying out self-audits before filing.

Requirements:

Salary and Benefits
Basic salary £23,000 per annum with an achievable OTE of £26k plus benefits.
