Description

This is an extremely rewarding, demanding and varied role, for this role you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, establishing constructive relationships with staff, parents and students.

Academic Appointments are working alongside a trust wide Academy in the Leeds area, to recruit a Pastoral Years Leader.


You would be required to lead on student wellbeing and pastoral care for all students in a designated year group and play an active role in the strategic planning, leadership and decision making for the Academy.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience within Education/Safeguarding
  • Experience on school systems such as SIMS and CPOMS would be desirable
