Care navigation/signpost patients to the most appropriate service Ensure all telephone calls are answered within the surgery standard of six rings.
Manage appointment requests telephone/F2F/e.consultations/home visits Ensure efficient processing of pathology samples from safe collection to distribution of results internally and accurately notifying patients of the results.
Action requests for repeat prescriptions on the clinical computer system according to the prescribing protocol and ensure that they are ready for collection by the patient within 48 hours.
Manage communication into the practice, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate action.
