Description

Having successfully secured funding to develop our international recruitment team we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and innovative person to join our team.

You will be a key contact for our new nurses and AHP's, providing them with pastoral support to ensure a successful transition to the NHS and the UK.

An integral part of this role is to ensure that there is an effective, efficient, and culturally sensitive pastoral service delivered to each clinician that joins CPFT.

You will also support the international recruitment lead nurse and the rest of the team with the ongoing support of the internationally recruited staff.

You will be highly motivated, creative, committed to striving for excellence and passionate about supporting others. You will have strong communication skills and recognise the value of working collaboratively with our services.
