About the Role - Team Coordinator (System Planning & Investment/System Performance)

Base Location:
Glasgow or Perth


Salary:
£31,339 - £35,892 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.


Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available


The key duties and responsibilities of the Team Coordinator include:

  • Coordinating team meetings/away days and group travel bookings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
  • Ordering of IT equipment & PPE for new starts, and ensuring all onboarding is completed to a high standard.
  • Prioritising a large workload whilst maintaining a high level of service for the team.
  • Assisting the team with creating and managing requisitions and purchase orders, meeting milestones, deadlines and general administration duties.
  • Managing and submitting policy/guidance documentation updates, ensuring the author meets the review deadlines.
This is not an exhaustive list and other ad-hoc duties will be undertaken as appropriate.


What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to mutitask.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • The ability to manage deadlines and deal with last minute demands.
