About the Role - Team Coordinator (System Planning & Investment/System Performance)

Base Location:
Glasgow or Perth

Salary:
£31,339 - £35,892 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of the Team Coordinator include:

Coordinating team meetings/away days and group travel bookings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
Ordering of IT equipment & PPE for new starts, and ensuring all onboarding is completed to a high standard.
Prioritising a large workload whilst maintaining a high level of service for the team.
Assisting the team with creating and managing requisitions and purchase orders, meeting milestones, deadlines and general administration duties.
Managing and submitting policy/guidance documentation updates, ensuring the author meets the review deadlines.

This is not an exhaustive list and other ad-hoc duties will be undertaken as appropriate.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Excellent administration and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to mutitask.
The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
The ability to manage deadlines and deal with last minute demands.
