Salary:
up to £20,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits


To support a busy team within the UK Support Function, whilst learning new skills and having the opportunity to be a part of a fantastic team.

In this role you will undertake specific projects/responsibilities/admin tasks for various teams and will providesupport the wider engineering population.

You will be required to be proactive in managing a busy workload and will work on your own initiative on some occasions.


A good level of organisational skills, resilience, communication, attention to detail and the desire to learn and develop your skill set are key to success in this role.

As this will be a Level 1 role, you will be required to undertake relevant training,development sessions and will need to actively improve by self-learning also.

The Role:


  • Will be based in our Stevenage office, however flexibility to travel to other sites will be required
  • General adhoc administrative duties
  • Maintain, manage and organise diaries, travel, meeting arrangements, expenses, taxis, lunch vouchers, training, car hire, etc
  • Assist with arranging team events, dinners and lunches
  • Assist and prepare presentation slides when required and help with putting agendas together and actions
  • Holiday and sickness cover for other Business Support Officers when required
  • Create and maintain, MS Excel spread sheets, and documents accurately and assist with reporting when required and keep databases up to date
  • Understand, utilising and effectively use MBDA systems and tools
  • Develop to become the knowledge point of contact
  • Shadow other Business Support Officers to build/gain knowledge but also assist with workload pressures
