Learning Support Assistant

Bloxwich Academy Primary - Bloxwich Lane, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7JT
Term Time Only | Monday to Friday | 35 Hours


Start Date:
ASAP | Starting Salary £17, £18, FTE £21,953 - £22,466)

- (Salary ranges dependent on level of relevant qualification held)_


Qualifications:
Level 2 trained essential, Level 3 is desirable


The Role:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified
Learning Support assistant with a Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) or equivalent to join Bloxwich Academy Primary.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced foundation & EYFS teaching assistant, who is able to start this role as soon as possible.

The Academy is eager to grow and is always interested in innovative practitioners, who will brighten up the children's day and make them feel part of the class and adhere to their needs.


About you:

Qualified TA with experience and initiative to work effectively with pupils 1:1, in groups and with a whole class;

  • Level 2 qualified (essential), Level 3 qualifications are also desirable;
  • Experience within the early years setting with children aged 2 4yrs;
  • The ability to inspire children;
  • Support teaching staff in the development and education of children across a varied range of key stages;
  • Implement learning programmes to improve outcomes for identified children.
