Business Development Representative
Location:
Shoreditch (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract initially
Duties:
- In the role of Business Development Representative you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue.
- A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with your Product Sales Specialists, ensuring quality and quantity of sales pipeline.
What you'll do:
- Develop and generate qualified sales opportunities by conducting account based research, social selling techniques and most importantly, outbound calling.
- Follow up on marketinggenerated leads.
- Effectively articulate the Substance 3D value proposition to prospective customers.
- Qualify opportunities and determining the best fit and debriefing your aligned Product Sales Specialist to progress.
- Plan and prioritise sales activities which includes but not limited to; proactive prospecting, targeted sales campaigns, qualifying marketing leads, social media selling, and customer meetings towards achieving agreed business goals.
- Build high quality, winnable sales pipeline.
- Account Strategy
- In cooperation with the Product Sales Specialist, define and implement a strategy to find and develop new accounts within their industries which requires a good understanding of the customers' business and our potential within the customergroup.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly qualified sales opportunity targets.
- Proactively provide closedloop feedback on programs, messaging and processes to ensure continuous optimisation and improvement.
- Adhere to lead qualification standards.
Skills:
- Passion for collaboration with experienced colleagues and a desire to learn about the exciting new world of 3D
- Experience in SaaS sales/Business Development
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals
- Proven success in selling to executives, VP and/or "C" level
- Excellent networking ability
- Able to identify, cultivate and nurture deals in new areas
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative and teamoriented environment
- Selfmotivated and disciplined
