Description

BDS are looking for a part time property assistant for a small retirement complex in Fareham.

This is initially a temporary ongoing role but could become permanent for the right person at a later date.

Hours of work are three mornings or afternoons per week on days to suit between Monday and Friday.

The role will require providing a general presence to residents and checking on their day to day welfare as well as providing health and safety checks of the building and minor caretaking and maintenance works.
