ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
My client based in Bangor Co.
Down, is looking to appoint a motivated, conscientious and enthusiastic person with excellent accounts skills. Every day is different so you must be resilient, flexible and well-organised.
As a result of their continued growth in the market they require a driven and tenacious self-starter to join a high achieving accounts team; you will be responsible assisting with the daily accounts for their prestigious products.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Purchase Ledger Posting Invoices,
- Sales Ledger, Processing Invoices,
- Delivery Notes and Stock Control
- Purchase Orders
- Reconciling, Purchase Statements
- Monitoring workflow systems on a daily basis
- Raising sales quotes & invoices
- Assisting the Expenses team with reviewing Business Expenses
- General Admin. tasks including filing, posting out remittance advices
- Purchase ledger processing invoices and delivery notes and inputting onto Sage 50.
- Sales invoicing.
- Posting payments received.
- Credit control
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Invoice discounting.
- Returns and over dues.
- Petty Cash
- General administration duties.
Skills and experience essential to the role:
- Previous Sage Line 50 experience
- Essential
- Previous Finance/Purchase Ledger Admin experience
- Desirable
- Experience with Stock Control would be helpful
- Experience of dealing with queries and providing solutions to people at all
Levels within a Business - desirable
- Being flexible and working well as part of a team
- Ability to create simple spreadsheets in Excel essential
- Accuracy essential
- Basic computer skills for accounting system navigation essential
- Good General Education
Salary
- 2324k
- 28 Days Holiday then after first year 32 Days

- Hours Monday-Thursday 95, Friday 94, 1 Hour for lunch
