Set shifts, fabulous work environment for a well know beauty brand. If you have team leader experience and want to work in an company environment where you are a valued member of the team, then his could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities of the Team leader:

Delegate roles of workforce for maximum efficiency
Quality check
Ensure strict health and safety requirements are followed
Ensure targets are hit
Report any damages and stock issues
Show a positive attitude can do attitude towards the shift
Engaged, motivated people which will lead by example
Problem solver
Keen to learn
Flexible attitude to working hours

Rates of Pay:

AM & PM £14.91p/h

Overtime:

In the week and Saturday after 40 hours at £22.37p/h

- £29.82p/h Sunday and Bank Holidays

Hours of work are:

AMs Monday to Friday

In Peak you will cover afternoons shift 1400pm - 2200pm
