Head Housekeeper

£23,920 per annum

Permanent

Goodwood

40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends.

Kiwi Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with The Goodwood Estate who have a brilliant opportunity to join their team in the position of Head Housekeeper.

First impressions matter, and as Head Housekeeper, you'll help our client make them by contributing to their already fantastic team.

With your keen eye for detail, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our client shines.

You'll be making staff rotas to ensure efficient staffing levels, healthy stock levels, cost management, and high-level quality service.

The guest experience is at the heart of all our client does, meaning each individual function is essential to the success of the team at The Goodwood Estate.

Requirements:

Passion and enthusiasm for what you do.
Previous experience of working in a housekeeping department.
Experience at a supervisor level.
Can do attitude.
A team player with a sense of fun.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communicator.
Flexibility.
