Job Overview
Perform reception, administration, and vetting duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the site in which you are located.


Main Duties

  • Work as part of a team to process visitors, contractors and employees onto site in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the management with administration tasks.
  • Authorisation of access to site in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining a number of computerised database systems.
  • Conducting regular audits on procedures and tasks.
  • Compiling reports as required.
  • Issueing and receiving passes and recording of personal information.
  • Contacting site personel and arranging escorts for visiting agencies.
  • Searching of baggage and personel items in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting the management and customer with administrative tasks.
  • Updating and maintaining multple database sytems.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Contribute support and training of reception duties to the remainder of the security team.
  • Support the management with recruiting and induction processes.
