ROLE SUMMARY

KEY OBJECTIVE:


Support and lead the Horeca expansion footprint, with strong consumers experiences for NC brands and tapping on the commercial opportunities through the introduction of digital vending machines.


EXPECTATIONS:


  • Supporting the Horeca expansion by identifying new venues, initiate negotiation sponsorship deals with inclusion of activation and commercial benefits
  • Support the Introduction & installation of vending machines in horeca venues.
  • Support the Development of horeca/ vending machine plan and consumer journey to provide trials and sales
  • Enhance vending machine capabilities to make it future proof and integrated to BAT digital agenda; UX design, integration with Ecom, CRM, Customer Care and connectivity (QR code).
  • Analysis of horeca and vending machine performance from both activation and commercial side
  • Increasing the BAT ( Vuse /Velo) brand visibility in Horeca channel to increase awareness and trial.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?


Horeca channel is one of the most relevant channel for the organization to acquire consumer new consumer, engage, strengthen brand equity, while driving trial and sales.

The inclusion of vending machines will be a pivotal project to strength the Vuse/Velo presence in the channel.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the expansion of horeca and vending machines introduction in UK, with identification of opportunities & implementation for UK Market.
  • Collaborate with venue managers, internal stakeholders and agency partners to determine activation objectives and strategies to drive trial and sales
  • Sign new horeca venues to build scale, provide activation and sales opportunities
  • Deployment of vending machines in new horeca venues
  • Management and analysis of horeca venues & deployed vending machine KPIs and MI to optimise performance
  • Supporting the definition of targeted horeca strategy and consumer journeys relevant for target audience and NC brands
  • Develop & enhance vending machine capabilities with integration to digital (Ecom, CRM, customer Care and Connectivity)
  • Develop engaging vending machine video content to build brand awareness & equity and support new NPIs
  • Support the deployment of horeca experience agenda to increase NC brand & vending machine visibility
  • Provide insights and recommendation based on learning and collaboration with key business partners and agencies to drive greater business impact
  • Develop and actively manage budgets for channel activities
  • Manage third party partners and stakeholders to integrate solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, corporate, industry guidelines and international marketing principles

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • 5+ years marketing & commercial experience
  • Proven track record on achieving set KPIs
  • Strong commercial acumen: able to link consumer engagement to commercial targets
