Description

Phoenix Care Centre are looking to recruit a Cook/Kitchen assistant to work alongside the kitchen supervisor and to assist in daily kitchen tasks as required.

Experience required

To prepare food and cook in a hygienic manner.
To be fully aware of care users dietary needs and respond to their comments and requests in respect of the menu.
To be involved with the preparation and serving of breakfast.
To dispose of waste correctly.
To ensure that all food is used within the prescribed period, with particular attention paid To perishable goods.
To contribute in serving of food.
To perform other such reasonable duties as may be required.
