This is a fantastic opportunity to be apart of a small HR team, to join as a Payroll Administrator for a fantastic company in Bracknell.

You will be providing support to the HR Manager and then wider Finance team also.

Description
Key Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator

  • End to end processing of payroll circa 400 employees
  • Payroll: One weekly, two monthly payrolls
  • Be responsible for producing employee P60's, P11D's, P45's
  • Be the main contact for all Payroll queries for employees
  • Maintain payroll process end of month reconciliation, reporting and yearend reporting

Profile

  • Carry strong UK Payroll exposure essential
  • System: Sage (highly desirable)
  • Have previous exposure to court orders and statutory payments
  • Carry strong organisational skills
  • Time management is key
  • Carry excellent Excel skills
