Customer Service Advisor - Manchester City Centre

Our client has contracts with multiple clients, and we handle their customer service sales across Manchester to help them boost their brand awareness.

Customer Service Advisor - We require people who:

Enjoy communicating with the public
Working to sales KPIs
Can be punctual and reliable
Can work and contribute in a positive team environment

Their on-site teams work on behalf of our clients to support new customer sales for a number of different clients.

Full-time hours Monday to Friday, and weekend work is also available. No part-time availability.

If new team members show potential, they could have opportunities to move into other departments such as sales, marketing, leadership and management training and cross-train for other clients.
