Asset Team Leader

Nr Burgess Hill (no access by public transport)

£38,500 - £45,500

FT Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day

An Asset Team Leader for a vibrant purchasing team is required for Hunters' client, a privately owned, dynamic and innovative aircraft support specialist.

The role Asset Team Leader project manages existing inventories and further acquisitions, supportingthe Asset team monitoring of customer demand to ensure optimum inventory levels are achieved.

It will require a keen eye for detail together with excellent communication, IT, analytical and leadership skills.

Asset Team Leader - duties

Lead, guide, support and motivate Asset Team ensuring continuous data analysis with objective of maintaining optimum inventory levels to meet internal and external customer demands
Develop team to maximise business opportunities and performance in line with company objectives
Assist Asset Manager to maintain accurate procedures and processes ensuring continued improvement, accuracy, automation and efficiency

Asset Team Leader - the fit

Background in an aircraft component/MRO trading environment or experience in inventory/asset control
Experience within a supervisory role preferable
