Salary:
£22,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35,000).

Job Role:

Our client is looking for motivated and results-oriented individuals to join their Sales team as Outbound Lead Generators.

You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers through web leads on an automated dialler, understanding their needs, and promoting their life insurance products.

You will qualify the lead before passing it over to closer to complete the sale. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Previous Call Centre experience is a must within the role
Telesales experience preffered
Clearly communicate with both potential clients and colleagues
Generate good quality leads
Capable of objection handling (full training is given)
Able to pitch multiple products
Highly motivated, resilient and target driven
Must be reliable and punctual
Ideal Agent is target and money orientated
