Senior / Principal Associate - Commercial

An exciting opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to join this national firm with a strong presence in Manchester.

The Role
Working within a team, which is headed by an innovative Partner who is a leading authority on data protection
Part of a wider and very collaborative corporate and commercial national team
Leading on complex IT and data protection matters
Risk analysis and negotiations on private sector technology licensing arrangements and government sector outsourcing
Advising clients on complex data protection queries
Supervising work of associates


Requirements:

5 PQE
Experience gained in a large regional, national or international firm
Excellent skills in contract and data protection law
Confident acting as the lead on client matters
