Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an Admin Receptionist in Portsmouth to work with a Facilities Management company.


About the job:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Greet and assist visitors, including directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
  • Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Manage the office calendar and schedule
  • Provide support for special projects and events as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers

Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of COUPA & CAFM Systems is desirable
  • 12 years of administrative or receptionist experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
